On 17 April 2025 a literary evening «Қоңыр қаздың үні бар қаламында» («The voice of a brown goose is in his pen») dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Kalilhan Iskak, playwright and winner of State award. Candidate of philological sciences Sabit Zhambek spoke to college students about the uniqueness and literary mastery of K.Iskak’s works and answered readers’ questions. He also covered the writer’s translation and screenwriting aspects.

Readership read about the writer for the first time in early 60s of 20 century. His novel «Қоңыр күз еді...» («It was brown autumn…») caused a sensation in the world of Kazakh prose. He was working hard periodicals and at the Kazakhfilm film studio. He headed the literary department of the academic theatre named after Mukhtar Auezov.

Museum staff is going to continue productive work at the Literature and art sphere.
