     On 4 December 2025 museum of Literature and art hosted a competition of reciters of Ahmet Baitursynov’s fables among city schoolchildren. The purpose of the competition was to attract children and teenagers, popularization of Ahmet Baitursynov, scientist founder of Kazakh linguistics, founder of Kazakh alphabet, turkologist, introducing the younger generation to national education.

    The jury selected only eight candidates who applied for the competition. Eight participants who advanced to the main stage of the competition impressed the public with their skills and knowledges. The contestants who maintained the purity of their language, the correct tone of voice, and demonstrated artistic abilities shared the prizes among themselves.

    Summing up the results of the competition, the jury, which included cultural veteran Karatai Tulekeev, poet and writer Manarbek Kydyrbay, and museum director Nurbek Nuraly, made the following decision:

    Orazaly Asylym and Beknur Zholdangar took third place. Second place went to Yersin Medina. The winner of the competition was Serik Inabat, a sixth-grade student from School №1 in Kokshetau.

    At the end of the event, the chairman of the jury, Karatai Beykenuly, thanked the contestants and wished them success in their studies.
